This is a great space to ask questions, support each other, and share tips on how to grow in our careers. This party will start with us celebrating all the recent learnings and accomplishments!

All virtual meet-ups are participative based on chat questions, voice interaction, and camera questions. Based on my prompts and your answers, we can connect the dots between different people and guidance that can serve them. Shagane Barsegian is a design leader and founder of Venus Vale design studio based in LA with experience in San Francisco, New York, and Paris. She ran design projects and teams in agencies and in-house building brand and product experiences. As a head of design, she has built many design disciplines including design ops and design systems. She works with global technical teams and management to create cohesive systems and ethical user experiences. She has guided organizations through 0-1 product, growth stage, portfolio, and platform expansion, as well as M&A work where we onboard, train, unite, and deliver results with more risk and debt. When working with designers her approach is to build a deep appreciation for how much we all do daily and celebrate every part of our creative being to summon new energy and inspiration to expand further.
