Hello

I'm Shagane Barsegian, founder and CEO of Venus Vale, a design studio creating kind spaces in Los Angeles. Over 15 years, I've led design teams through all stages of growth at agencies, startups, and organizations, mentoring 300+ creatives along the way.

I believe we need to be happy people outside of work first. What makes me happy is nature, swimming, hiking and community events - which is exactly why I started these design parties. Each month, I practice celebrating progress before chasing the next goal, because pausing to notice growth is critical before we feel inspired to expand.
